本次主题沙龙以“筑强软件人才支撑”为主题，通过《成都市软件人才发展报告》的发布，《高端软件“链长制”》等软件政策的解读，聚焦“蓉贝”等软件人才引领作用，邀请工信部专家助力成都关键软件、基础软件等人才培养、企业培育，打造优秀软件人才队伍，着力构建融合创新软件人才新生态，进一步夯实软件产业高质量发展体系基石，有力助推软件产业加快实现新突破。
Theme Salon of Rongbei (Gems of Chengdu) Software Talent
Themed on "Ensuring Software Talent as the Support", the theme salon focuses on the leading role of software talent such as "Rongbei" through the release of the Report on Chengdu Software Talent Development and the interpretation of software policies including "Chain Chief System" of High-end Software. It invites experts from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China to boost talent cultivation and enterprise cultivation of key and basic software in Chengdu, so as to build an excellent team of software talent, strive to build a new ecosystem of software talent integrating innovation, further consolidate the foundation for the software industry's high-quality development, and strongly promote the breakthroughs of the software industry.
